These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Momentum Academy website, course materials, community, and related services (the "Services"), provided by MomentumAc OÜ.
By creating an account, purchasing access, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. The contract is concluded in English between you (the "Customer") and MomentumAc OÜ (the "Company", "we", "us").
Momentum Academy provides digital educational content for entrepreneurs in e-commerce, including:
Detailed descriptions, deliverables and current prices are shown on the pricing page at the moment of purchase. The version visible on the page at the time of order is binding.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to purchase the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You may not share your access with third parties; access is personal and non-transferable.
Access to digital products is delivered electronically. After successful payment you will receive a confirmation email with login or access instructions, typically within minutes and at the latest within 24 hours. Live elements (workshops, mentorship calls) are delivered on the schedule communicated by email.
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, transposed into Estonian Law of Obligations Act §56), consumers established in the EU normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract.
However, for digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal lapses once you have begun to access the content with your express prior consent and acknowledgement that the right is thereby lost. By starting to consume the course modules, community, or live sessions you give that consent.
In addition to the legal minimum, we voluntarily offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for Foundation: if within 7 days of purchase you decide the course is not for you, contact [email protected] from your purchase email and we will refund the full course fee, with no questions asked. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the Foundation purchase.
The recurring membership component can be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; already-paid periods are not refunded pro-rata. The one-time course fee within the bundle follows the Foundation refund rule above.
Because Mentorship is a personalised service with limited cohort spots and immediate scheduling, refunds are not available once the first 1:1 call has taken place. If you cancel before the first call, a refund of the price paid minus a 10% administrative fee will be issued.

All content, branding, logos, course videos, written lessons, frameworks and templates are owned by MomentumAc OÜ or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use the materials for your own learning while your access is active.
Momentum Academy provides educational information and frameworks. We do not guarantee any specific financial result, business outcome or income. Examples and case studies (including past revenue figures of the founder's brands) are illustrative and reflect past performance only. Building a business carries risk; you are solely responsible for your decisions, expenses and tax obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MomentumAc OÜ's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party tools (e.g. Stripe for payments, Formspree for form submissions, Telegram, Zoom, YouTube, Vimeo, email providers). These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
We may update the Services and these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay due fees, or use the Services in a way that creates risk to us or other users. Upon termination, your licence to use the materials ends.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved by the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn, Estonia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law assigns jurisdiction elsewhere.
Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
